Krystal Sheehan is a real estate agent, broker associate, mentor, philanthropist, and shoveler of sunshine who believes in the power of positivity and collaboration to live a joyful life, living & working the way you want to, NOT the way you feel like you have to.

Krystal has over 22 years of experience in Real Estate including 15 years of Key West real estate and vacation rental market experience. Since Krystal became a licensed real estate agent in 2014, she has sold over $100 million in residential real estate. She has also leased and managed commercial property, as well a 65-slip liveaboard community.

Service, mentorship, and connecting others is a passion of Krystal’s and unite the best realtors in the area and empower other agents in the real estate industry while setting a new standard for the ultimate client experience.

Krystal is married to her husband Ed and lives in Key West with her three huskies Misha, Dolly & Zoe. She is a member of the National Association of REALTORS, Florida Association of Realtors, Key West Association of Realtors, Membership Chair for The Rotary Club of Key West, creator of Bahama Village Little Pantry, a mentor with Take Stock in Children of Monroe County, a volunteer with Cooking With Love and a recipient of the ATHENA Award from the Key West Chamber of Commerce, given for professional excellence and for lifting up other women in the community.

What I have learned in twenty years is that the paperwork is the easy part. The hard part is the decision underneath it. Whether to leave the mainland. Whether to let go of the house you raised your kids in. Whether this is the year. That is the part I am actually good at. I work with a small number of clients at a time, on purpose. When you call me, you get me. Not a coordinator, not a junior agent, not a voicemail box. From the first walkthrough to the
moment I hand you the keys, it is my name on it.

Beyond the closing table you will find me at Rotary, where I serve as membership chair, mentoring through Take Stock in Children, or in the kitchen with the Cooking With Love crew.

I live here on the island with my husband Ed and three huskies who have strong opinions about the heat.
