How Buying in the Keys Works

Here’s what to expect, from first call to closing day

  1. Get your numbers: Get pre-approved and get an insurance quote. In the Keys, insurance can change what you can afford, so it comes first.

  2. Tour homes: See them in person, or by video if you’re still up north.

  3. Make an offer: I’ll negotiate for you and guide you through inspections.

  4. Close: Most of the paperwork can be signed from your phone.

  5. Settle in: You’ll get a welcome basket and my list of local pros for anything the house needs.
